If you fill in the enquiry form on this website we collect your name, contact number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message box. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and we do not need anything else to give you a quote.

So we can reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and send you a quotation. We use the information for that and nothing else.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing. Your enquiry is sent to our own inbox and stays there.

The only exception is the technical service that delivers the email from the website to our inbox, which handles the message in transit as any email provider would.

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your details removed sooner, email us and we will delete them.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to work.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
