The fine art of metal roofing
Bell Zinc & Copper Roofing Ltd is a family run business with more than 30 years in metal roofing. The skills have been passed down through the family, and they are the kind you only pick up by doing the work: setting out a dome, closing a seam properly, knowing when a deck is not fit to be roofed over.
We work on everything from modern extensions to heritage restoration. Domes, pyramids, spires, conversions, dormers and commercial buildings, from 10 square metres up to over a thousand. Zinc, copper, aluminium and stainless steel, and more recently worktops and bar tops in the same metals.
Every project is managed and completed by our own team. Nothing is subcontracted, which is the single biggest reason our finish is consistent from one job to the next. When something needs putting right, there is nobody to pass it to.

How we work

Site visit and measure
We come out, get on the roof and measure properly. You get an honest view of what the building needs and which metal suits it.

Detailed quotation
A written quote that names the material, the system, the gauge and the finish. No hidden extras.
- 03
Fabricated on site
We bring the machinery to you and roll, fold and form the panels on site. It keeps lead times short and lets us fit awkward buildings properly.
- 04
Fitted by our own team
The same team from start to finish. Nothing is subcontracted, so one firm is responsible for the whole job.

Handover and aftercare
We walk the finished roof with you and explain how the metal will weather. If you need us afterwards, we are on the phone.
