Victorian and Edwardian terraces, almost all of them with rear extensions either built or planned, plus the grander Georgian stock around Blackheath and Greenwich. Access is the recurring problem: narrow side returns, no off street parking, and neighbours either side within touching distance. Forming panels on site rather than craning them in is a real advantage here.

We deal with all of that as a matter of course and we would rather sort it before we start than discover it on day one.
